Convenient Spray Format
Melatonin is a neurohormone produced in humans by the pineal gland. A favorite of travelers, it governs the body's circadian rhythms. Melatonin is also a potent antioxidant.
Per 3 Sprays: Vitamin B-6 (as pyridoxine HCl) - 4.5mg (265% DV) Melatonin - 4.5 mg Other Ingredients: purified water, vegetable glycerine, natural orange flavor, soy lecithin, lauric arginate, potassium benzoate.
: 1 to 3 sprays before bedtime. Each spray delivers approx. 1.5 mg of melatonin. For best results, allow liquid to remain in the mouth for 30 seconds and swish before swallowing. Shake well before using.
