2 tablets contain: Magnesium - 300mg GABA - 500mg Taurine - 300mg Glycine - 250mg Passionflower Leaf and Flower - 200mg Chamomile Flower Extract - 100mg Skullcap Aerial Parts - 70mg Lemon Balm Aerial Parts Extract - 30mg Melatonin - 5mg Other Ingredients: stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, dibasic calcium phosphate, acacia gum, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.
1 to 2 tablets as desired 30 to 60 minutes before going to sleep. One half tablet may be sufficient for some people. Do not exceed suggested use.
