As we continue to improve our loose herb and tea packaging, you may receive a canister with either label pictured above.Ingredients: Hibiscus, Holy basil, Lemon balm, Sage, Chasteberry, Rose petal, Licorice root, Oatstraw, Horsetail, Gingko leaf, Malva flower
Hot Infusion: Use 1-2 teaspoons of herbs per 8oz of water. Steep 8-10mins. Strain and drink.
Cold brew: Use 1/4 cup of herbs per 16oz of cold water. Keep refrigerated and steep for 6-8 hours or overnight. Strain and drink.
