Smallflower Vital A&B is our own time-tested blend of eight herbs commonly used to support healthy blood pressure, based on a traditional German recipe. The blend consists of Valerian root, Lemon Balm, Motherwort and Calamus, herbs that have often been used to support the nervous system overall and during occasional times of stress, and others more commonly associated with the heart and vasculature like Hawthorn, Mistletoe, Horsetail and Yarrow. This blend was one of the first to be offered at Merz apothecary decades ago, and continues to be a best seller today.

Pour 2 cups boiling water over 3 teaspoonfuls of the tea. Stir well, cover, and let stand overnight. Next morning, warm tea slightly, but do not boil. Let stand for 10 minutes. Strain and drink in small portions throughout the day.
