The Sunshine Tea is an herbal mood support blend formulated with the intention that it lives up to its name! St. John’s Wort*, Rosemary, Orange and Myrtle are all herbs associated with the sun and give the blend its warmth, brightness and stimulating qualities. These are supported by the uplifting tartness of hibiscus**, rosehip and lemongrass, and the spicy zing of cardamom and fiery ginger. A delight for all the senses, The Sunshine blend is sure to bring some joy and light to any kind of day! Formulated in house, exclusively for Smallflower.

Standard infusion: Pour one cup of boiling water over one heaping teaspoon of herbs. Steep for 6-8 minutes. Strain and drink.
Cold Brew: Cold brew: Use 1/4 cup of herbs per 16oz of cold water. Keep refrigerated and steep for 6-8 hours or overnight. Strain and drink.
