Place one tea bag in an 8 oz. cup and fill with freshly boiled water. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, remove the tea bag, inhale, relax, and enjoy up to 3 times daily with no sugar added. Recommended direction for use is not more than 2-4 successive weeks, followed by 2 weeks break and continuing the cycle again.
