About Memoires de Mustique Eau de Toilette: M?moires de Mustique is a tribute to the beautiful Caribbean island, Mustique. Recall the grand, comparatively untamed landscape, the azure, transparent waters, and the magical sunsets. This scent is a remembrance of a time past, when the purity essence of Mustique was not tempered by exposure. In this imagining, Mustique initially hugs the skin, a glowing citric embrace, that infuses the spirit with a glorious, optimistic sense of positive possibility and play. Bergamot throbs and tangs, a tropical undercurrent that is the percussion to the high yet mellifluous soprano of acid bright neroli. Petitgrain is a softer, mezzo harmony mediating the electric current between neroli and bergamot. Slowly this sharp bouquet wides and unfurls into the sparkling, sun infused sweetness of indulgent orange blossom. This hypnotic flower wreaths skin like heavy gold, weighing the wearer down with a delightful sense of luxury. Against the piquant spice of orange blossom, jasmine sambac is liquid cool. As dark and mystifying as a dig of deep, mineral rich earth, jasmine's indolic intensity is lapis next to orange blossom's crimson. The saturated intensity of jasmine and orange blossom is a force that is sweetly tempered by the symmetrical, apricot elegance of osmanthus. These florals blaze as perfectly as the Mustique sunset, and we bask in their warmth until the cool, blue salty sand evening dawns.
