Lemon and bergamot subtly elevate, lemon's dry, floral acidity balancing bergamot's energetic gush. Freesia introduces an ephemeral, addictive sparkle, which flits over the sweetness of green leaves. Lily is a powerful presence in the heart of Uomo, searingly bright and barely sweet. Under lily's potent gaze, jasmine is a rich, round controlled substance, displaying none of its occasional indolicism, but imbuing Uomo with a vaguely concealed, lush core. Geranium refreshes in jasmine's solid aftermath, while cedarwood weaves traces of sweet smoke over and out of the heart of this fragrance. Patchouli and sandalwood combine with oakmoss to create the ideal verdant trifecta in the base of Uomo. Simultaneously appealingly sweet, dusty, sharp, and rich, these three notes recreate the snap of taut, polished leather. Amber and musk are nearly invisible, a base of savory lightness which holds Uomo on skin without compromising its effortless action.
