The Utility Balm really is a “Swiss Army Knife” of a product, and there are seemingly endless ways to use it. With all-natural shea butter-based products, there is the possibility that the product will develop a grainy consistency. It’s nothing to be alarmed about. You can warm the product in your hands, and it will melt into a smooth balm.
