Lydia Pinkham Herbal Formula first introduced in 1875, and since then have been used by generations of women the world over. The formula was developed by a knowledgeable, caring woman, Lydia Pinkham. The formula contains a blend of 7 natural herbs plus Iron, Calcium and Vitamins C & E. Contains a proprietary blend of Dandelion Root, Black Cohosh Root, Jamaica Dogwood Bark, Motherwort Leaf, Pleurisy, Licorice Root and Gentian Root.

Two tablets 3 times a day, with meals. For best results, take it regularly throughout the month. Each daily dose provides 6 mg of Iron (33% RDA), 500 mg of Calcium (50% RDA), 60 mg of Vitamin C (100% RDA), and 30 IU of Vitamin E(100% RDA)
